Infinity Matrix sells digital eBooks and other digital products. This policy explains when a refund or cancellation may be available.
Digital Products
Our products are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping or restocking process for digital products.
Eligible Refund Situations
Subject to applicable law, payment-network rules, and the terms applicable to the transaction, we may provide a refund where:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A purchased digital product is technically defective or materially inaccessible and we cannot reasonably resolve the problem.
- A paid product was not delivered or made available because of a technical or delivery failure attributable to our service.
- A refund is required by applicable law, regulation, or payment-network requirements.
Problems With a Download
If you cannot access or download a purchased eBook, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, correct the delivery problem, or provide an appropriate solution before processing a refund where possible.
After Download or Access
Because digital content can be accessed or downloaded immediately, refunds may not be available after successful delivery, access, or download where applicable law permits such limitation. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact Infinity Matrix at [email protected] and include your name, order information, the email used for the purchase, and a clear description of the issue. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the transaction and investigate the request.
Where a third-party payment provider processes the transaction, the refund will be handled through the applicable payment-processing system and returned using the permitted payment method.
Cancellation
Before digital delivery or access, you may contact us to request cancellation. Once digital content has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded, cancellation may no longer be possible except where required by applicable law or the circumstances described above.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee or similar fee for an eligible refund of a digital product.
Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or your payment provider’s rules.
