Infinity Matrix sells digital eBooks and other digital products. No physical products are shipped.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

After successful payment and order processing, eligible downloadable products are made available electronically. Depending on the website configuration, access may be provided through the customer’s account and/or an order-related email.

Delivery Time

Digital delivery is normally available after the payment has been successfully confirmed and the order has been processed. Manual payment methods may require additional processing time because payment confirmation must be completed before download access is enabled.

Download Problems

If your download link does not work, your file is unavailable, or you have another technical delivery problem, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your order details and the email used for the purchase.

Customer Responsibility

Please provide an accurate email address and maintain access to your customer account where applicable. You are responsible for keeping purchased digital files secure and for using them according to the applicable product license and copyright law.
